Only the master switch besides the driver can control the windows, so there is no problem with the motors and window regulators. Since replacing the harness I've had no speaker issues for the last three years. The lights are on when the windows go down but go off when the windows go up. Ps my windows are still working fine, with no problems. A possible second guess is the CCM failure. In your case, only replacing the master window switch solved the problem? I hope that fixes it.

I might be mistaken, but I think if the wire in to the drivers master switch breaks then none of the windows will work. weblink Now this is the good bit, there are 3 relays for the windows. This doesn't effect the working of the windows so it maybe that it is supposed to happen. Oh and my other cars are Fords! I treated the connectors once more, and plugged them in and out of their respective sockets several times to further restore all contacts. Honestly, this is clearly a manufacturing defect. You know the one where the drivers window and controls don't work but the centre button works on all windows apart from the drivers window, well I've had this problem for Checking the module with a pc wouldn't show this.
