When I asked my dealer to check the Audi service records for my Avant, they couldn't verify that the the TSB had been performed (even though my copy of the service I do have all 6 screws out and the four front clips.
My passenger side front carpet is damp. I know it seems simple to splice two hoses together, but this f-cking ribbed hose likes to leak. The pipe had come apart in the passenger foot-well. With the motor removed it was clear that something wasn't right. Theme designed by Audentio Design. Oh, refit the black nozzle and the covering cap. With the boot closed, remove the wiper arm cap (the plastic part which covered the pivot point of the wiper arm). Good luck. Are these difficult to replace?

When the impellar turns in one direction the check valve diaphragm is pulled and pushed in the direction that allows flow from the desired port. With everything else removed the big gear became accessible.
