The browser is by far the most important aspect of any computer and not being able to navigate the web properly is a huge issue. To fix the issue I have updated the computer, reset IE, Turned IE 11 off and restarted the computer, Ran IE with no addons, and Cleared all personal information and restarted User will be navigated to page C (actually the user will be taken to page B (http://microsoft.com/b?redirect-to-page-c) and redirected to page C - http://microsoft.com/c)4.
