The problem is web developers who don't know what they are doing use a meta-refresh tag on the page to redirect. You should also consider looking for your question in the FAQ. When you click back, it's actually working, but it's going through a bunch of ads instead of the last web page you visited. But can you still download IE8 for Windows 7? Last month, for example, Symantec bought out Powerquest (The original developers of Partition Magic and Drive Image, etc.) Here's a link to watch. That fixes LOTS of IE9 problems. This is considered the "poor mans" way of redirecting, it's typically done seamlessly to the user server side.
