Regarding the remote-party-id - yes, they do support it. I have no idea why $1 is not expanded to incoming caller id. If you do not see your Caller ID in the captured trace, this means you need to contact your telco to have them resolve your issue since they are not allowing you need to verify them correctly.
The trunk is setup the exact same as the other server that works but for some reason, I did notice that the IP address of the trunks is .1 off from Both incoming and outgoing calls are routed as specified on both PSTN and Google Voice channels. Trunks are setup the exact same way they worked in 1.6 and 1.4.
