Strangely Alt f3 does work, as well as the insert button. It's so frustrating as I depend on the autotext to make my job easier.
if you really are talking about AutoText, make sure that Show AutoComeplete suggesitons is ticked in the AutoText tab of the AutoCorrect dialog box. I spent hours to remove it because MS guys autotext my name, I do not want it and always when removed, after the restart the MS guy put it back.
